Overview

Throughout my life I have alternated at different periods between two major survival strategies - one, where my life conditions appear to be stable and the outcomes of my actions are predictable, manageable and controllable; the other, where conditions appear to be hugely complex, chaotic and unpredictable. 

In this case flexibility, adaptability and the ability to flow are the main requirements.

In both conditions I have learnt to prosper. Now at the age of 56 operating at the edge of chaos is a conscious choice. 

This is why I choose to work in e-Business where the ability to thrive with uncertainty is essential for success ... and where the potential rewards are both financial and a greater sense of personal fulfillment.
