Peter Norris - 24 years investment banking experience, spanning equity, debt and venture financing, M&A and strategic advice in UK, Europe, USA and Asia.

Peter worked for Barings and Goldman Sachs between 1976 and 1995. Transaction experience covered all forms of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, new venture structuring and financing, disaster recovery, privatizations and general strategic advisory assignments across the developed markets of Europe and the US and emerging markets of Asia. In 1995 Peter was CEO of the Barings Investment Bank when it was engulfed by fraud. 

Since 1995 Peter has run his own business, collaborating with a number of partners, as appropriate. Recent transactions range from seed rounds for venture start-ups to $100m plus financings.

Peter was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford, is married with 3 children under the age of 8 and relishes family life.
