Start-ups
require access to the best available talent at prices they can
afford, often on a just-in-time and/or success fee basis. Recruiting high flyers through head hunters is one
option, but has so far proven to be very expensive and risky.
Over
the years we have built up a large network of contacts, both
employees and contractors, whose employment or expertise we
can draw upon as required. This flexible approach to team
building has proven to be extremely effective in addressing
the unpredictable resourcing needs of an e-business.
Besides
being able to offer experts from our own network, we
encourage and support start-up founders in the development of
the own network, thereby increasing the overall power of the
available network.
The
network, besides providing expert resource as required, also
provides a valuable feedback mechanism for all aspects within
the market place.
